We are a pair of entrepreneurs who love real estate investing and adventures. Before moving into the RV, we were house flippers in Washington, DC. I was also working for the government full time. It was a life we loved very much, but we had been dreaming of a life on the road for years. And so, in 2017, we sold off almost all the real estate, I quit my government job, and we moved ourselves and fur kids Bart and Growler into a 33 foot long 2006 Itasca Sunrise motorhome.
Fun fact: we had never driven or slept in an RV before we one. Yep, TOTAL noobs. Thank you, Facebook groups and Youtube! We officially began fulltiming on November 10, 2017, shortly before my 32nd birthday.
We earn a living on the road through a variety of different income streams, some passive and some not:
- We manage a fully remote sales team that helps investors find killer real estate deals
- We consult for financial startups
- We operate an Airbnb
- We own traditional rentals
- We earn passive income from our bond and stock investments
Our hope is to help other investors who have come to real estate with clear eyes as to the scope of work involved. Understanding that it is not a panacea or a get rich quick scheme, but that in real estate lies a difficult but workable path to wealth and financial independence. Through our businesses we offer solutions that we have used ourselves; solutions that we can stand behind because they worked for us and we believe they’ll work for others.
